SOVA is an international event agency based in Spain, creating one-of-one events across Europe for over 15 years.
Every SOVA project begins with a story, an idea or an ambition and evolves into an event with its own concept, atmosphere and scenario.
From destination weddings and multi-day celebrations to retreats and corporate events, SOVA works with international private clients, companies and brands.
From finding the perfect setting to the final guest departure, we create and manage every event from start to finish. Concept, planning, production, decor, flowers, logistics and guest experience are all brought together under one team, with every detail taken care of.

SOVA is us: Kateryna Futurska and Anastasiia Dolbneva.
We founded SOVA in 2010 and have been building it together ever since, from our first events in Odesa to weddings, private celebrations and brand events across Spain and Europe. Today we live and work between Odesa, Barcelona and Marbella.
We are personally present at every event we create. One of us leads the idea and the creative side: concept, design, decor and flowers from our own bureau. The other leads production and the guest experience: venues, logistics, concierge, so that everything runs seamlessly from the first day of setup to the last guest leaving.
We become partners and friends to our clients. That is why every event is unique, never repeated, and why our clients trust us with the moments that matter most.

- Where does SOVA work?
- SOVA is based in Marbella and Barcelona (Spain) and Odesa (Ukraine). We create events across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Austria and the rest of Europe, and travel for destination projects worldwide.
- What kind of events do you organise?
- Weddings and wedding weekends, private celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries, multi-day retreats, and corporate or brand events: launches, dinners, PR experiences and PR kits.
- Do you do the decor and flowers yourselves?
- Yes. Bureau SOVA is our own decor and floral studio, so the concept we design is built by the same team, without a middle layer.
- What is included in concierge and guest experience?
- Transfer logistics, accommodation, restaurant and activity reservations, beauty services on location and personal requests of your guests, everything around the event itself.
- What budgets do you work with?
- Every project is priced individually. The enquiry form has budget ranges so we can advise honestly from the first message, and we discuss real numbers openly at the first call.
- How far in advance should we get in touch?
- For destination weddings and multi-day events we recommend 9 to 18 months, so the best venues and dates are still available. Smaller celebrations and corporate events can be produced in a few weeks.
- Which languages do you speak?
- English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish. We work with Spanish-speaking venues and suppliers every day.
- Do you work with corporate clients?
- Yes. We have created events and PR projects for Cartier, L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, NYX, DP World, Snapchat and other international companies.
- How do we start?
